The resale shop is run by volunteers and proceeds go to local charities. Each week the store rotates two colors of price tag barbs (like Goodwill), and those colors are half price. Also, seasonally, they have Bag Sales where shoppers can fill a bag for $5. Or, occasionally everything in the store is half price or $1.
