About:
My Miami County.com (now known as This Local Life.com) was started in May of 2011 by Matt and Rebecca Bayman. It is based in Tipp City, Ohio and covers things to do in the northern Miami Valley and beyond, as well as local news, dining, shopping, festivals, history, road trips and more.
In April of 2019, we published the first issue of This Local Life magazine. The quarterly magazine encourages readers to "Get Out and Enjoy Your Home!" and covers local travel, road trips, day trips, and entertainment, plus history, dining, festivals and more. In October of 2023, we introduced What's Happening, a free magazine with hundreds of things to do in it. Look for it throughout the northern Miami Valley.
