Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting in Tipp City | Nov. 23

Be a part of Tipp City’s very first Christmas Parade! At 5 PM, Main Street will come alive with entries inspired by holiday movie classics, led by Grand Marshal Luke Zerkle. The festivities don’t end there—join us afterward for a community Sing-Along with Chris Rowland, Christmas movie trivia, and an award ceremony for standout parade entries, all hosted by special guest MC, Mr. G. To wrap up this magical evening, we’ll gather together for the lighting of Tipp City’s community Christmas tree—a memory-making moment to enhance the season with joy and

A Carillon Christmas in Dayton | Nov. 26-Dec. 30
The 65-acre campus features the Carillon Tree of Light, Santa Claus, the Carillon Park Railroad, Christmas concerts, food and drinks, puppet shows, model train displaces, miniature train rides and more and takes place from 5-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 5-10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Winter Wonderland Grand Illumination in Sidney | Nov. 27

The grounds of the Shelby County Courthouse are decorated with thousands of lights to celebrate the season. Find interactive, animated light displays and the streets lined with colorful lights. The Grand Illumination will take place at 6 p.m. Santa will be creating the magic to turn all of the lights on. Lights will be on from dusk to early morning every day until New Years Day. LEARN MORE

Grand Illumination in Troy | Nov. 29

Kick off the holiday season in downtown Troy with the annual Christmas tree lighting celebration taking place from 5-8:30 p.m. on the Square. Be sure to get downtown early to catch the arrival of Santa Claus, get in line for the horse-drawn carriage rides, and more. LEARN MORE

Legendary Lights at Clifton Mill | Nov. 29-Jan. 1
Over 4 million lights illuminating the mill, the gorge, the riverbanks, trees and bridges, a 100 foot “waterfall” of twinkling lights, a Miniature Village, a Santa Claus Museum, a toy collection and a spectacular synchronized lights and music show that features the old covered bridge. Open seven nights a week 6-9 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Dec. 24-25. Admission is $15. LEARN MORE

Holiday Horse Parade in Urbana | Nov. 29

Yuletide Village Season of Lights in Waynesville

Fridays and Saturdays, Nov. 29-Dec. 21
This Christmas village is located in the same place as the Ohio Renaissance Festival and uses the grounds to bring Christmas to life. Takes place from 5-9 p.m. on Fridays and 3-9 p.m. on Saturdays. Admission applies. LEARN MORE

Holiday Lights at Lost Creek Reserve in Troy | Nov. 30–Dec. 23

Be transported into a winter wonderland featuring tens of thousands of lights. The 1.25-mile driving tour takes you through the woods, down charming farm lanes and past the historic Knoop Homestead aglow with lights. Takes place from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 30 and Dec. 1; Dec. 6-8; and Dec. 13-23. Admission is $10 per car, cash only. LEARN MORE

Englewood Annual Holiday Trail & Tree Lighting | Nov. 30

Englewood RISE partners with the City of Englewood to host this event from 4:30-7:30 p.m. in Historic Downtown Englewood. A tree lighting ceremony is at 5:45 p.m. and the tree is lit at 6 p.m. Enjoy all of the festivities that include free horse and carriage rides, a live Nativity scene, free meet and greet with Santa Claus, music and caroling, free activities and treats at nearly 30 local businesses and more. LEARN MORE

ParkLights at Caesar Ford Park in Xenia | Dec. 1-31
This free drive-thru light display is open every evening from 6-9 p.m. at 520 S. Stringtown Rd. Wind your way through a winter wonderland, see the North Pole Car Show and Winter Farm and then wave to Santa as you exit. LEARN MORE

Christmas in the Village in Waynesville | Dec. 6-8

The downtown will be adorned in traditional holiday décor and there will be strolling carolers and entertainers, plus more than 60 retail shops and boutiques, plus restaurants. Takes place 6-9 p.m. Friday; 1-8 p.m. Saturday; and 1-4 p.m. Sunday. LEARN MORE

Walkin’ in a Winter Wonderland in Greenville | Dec. 7

Wander along the (hopefully) snow-covered trails as you follow over 400+ candle-lit lanterns leading you to the log house at Shawnee Prairie Preserve, 4249 St. Rt. 502. In and around the log house, warm yourself by the fire, visit with pioneer volunteers, and enjoy a seasonal treat. Registration is encouraged; parking and admission are free.
